• A minimum of two nights is required during the weekends.

  • Extra Persons: Rates based on two adults per room. A $25 per night per person charge is applied for additional guests staying in any room or suite.

  • All cancellations will result in a minimum $50 service charge. Cancellations will not be accepted less than 7 days from check in. The reservation will be billed in full.

  • No shows will be billed in full for the entire reservation.

  • Check in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Late check in by prior arrangement. Please let us know if you will be late so we can make your arrival as convenient as possible.

  • Reservations guaranteed by credit card.

  • Children Policy: While we love children, we cannot accept guests under the age of 12.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • We are a non-smoking facility, and invite you to enjoy the fresh Maine air. Any violations will result in a penalty fee.

  • Check out time is 10:30 a.m.

  • Theft or damage to inn property, directly caused by you and/or your party, will be charged to your credit card (this includes stained bed covers, linens and towels). By accepting the terms of our policies via a reservation to stay at the inn, you agree to allow us to charge your credit card for any damages caused on your behalf.

  • We are happy to ship Lost & Found items to you at your cost.

Important: Please note that all reservations are contingent upon your acceptance of the Harpswell Inn policies stated above. Any exceptions must be made in writing and signed by Harpswell management.
