Fall & Spring Specials:
- Nov. 1st – Dec. 31st and April 1st – May 15th = 10% discount and the 3rd night 1/2 price
Rate Information:
- Rates (based on a two night occupancy) ranging from $115 to $160 for rooms and from $245 to $259 for suites (per night).
- There is a $25 extra charge for a third person in applicable suites.
- All Rooms and Suites include full breakfast and use of guest refrigerator.
- 5 rooms have fold out couches for an additional charge of $25 per person
Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
Rooms and Suites at the Inn:
- Reservations held by valid MasterCard, Visa, or Discover
- $15.00 cancellation fee if canceled less than 24 hours in advance 1/2 first nights room rent
Cottages:
- Reservations held by 50% deposit by check up front to hold the Cottage Balance upon arrival
- Cottages required 50%, non refundable deposit, 3 months in advance
- Please Note: 7% State Sales Tax is added to all Cottage Rentals
- Breakfast for Cottage Renters: Adults $10.00, Children under 12 yrs. $5.00 (Cottage breakfasts must be reserved by 6:00pm the night before.)
